Method was contracted by the client to prepare a multi-phase master plan for this large 1990’s Neo-colonial home on 1.7-acres.  The design goals for this property included the addition of a new pool and pool deck that integrated seamlessly with the existing outdoor patio space.

Working with the existing grades as much as possible to eliminate the need for retaining walls, the final design has a simple, classic aesthetic that provides a separate outdoor room for the client, yet highly visible and accessible.  Phase 2 for this project included a new outdoor kitchen, gas fire feature, storage and lounge areas placed throughout the existing patio.
