The Songbird

The Songbird is a five-story building in Portland’s Eliot neighborhood offering 61 units of affordable 1, 2, and 3-bedroom homes with high design standards.

The highlight of the community outdoors spaces is an open plaza featuring plenty of seating and a sturdy outdoor kitchen with several barbecues for residents to host gatherings.

On the centrally located play area, kids can explore within eyesight from most units and even from the shared laundry.
