Lincoln Place II is a new four-story, permanent supportive housing project to be built on a 0.27 acre site in Vancouver, WA.
The design of the outdoor areas leverages existing grades to incorporate functional elements such as stadium seating. In the community garden space, raised beds made of locally sourced timber will invite residents to grow their own food.
Much of the material selections favor robust, low-maintenance choices that will continue to look attractive and function well after years of use.
