Broadleaf Arbor Apartments offers 239 affordable apartment units for families and older adults on a beautiful 16-acre property in St. Helens, Oregon.

An existing wetland was preserved as part of the property and provided an opportunity for a nature trail and outdoor event space surrounded by mature oak trees. Additionally, community areas were placed throughout the site to serve each of the three community zones.

Each of the community zones offers outdoor courtyards including a playground, bocce court, outdoor fireplace patio with barbecue and community garden.
